Shipping Destinations
Premium Private Label Skincare ships both domestically and internationally, with certain restrictions for specific regions. Please contact customer service for more information on restricted shipping locations.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We primarily ship orders via USPS and FedEx, ensuring timely and reliable delivery. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, distance, and package dimensions.
Processing Time
- First-Time Orders: Processed and shipped within approximately 14 business days after final artwork approval.
- Reorders: Processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Artwork Approval: All artwork must be pre-approved in writing by the customer before the order is shipped.
Order Cut-Offs & Weekend Policy
We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on package weight, distance, and dimensions. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, tracking information is provided via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Estimated Delivery Times
After shipping, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Orders: 2-6 business days
- International Orders: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Contact customer service for details on your region.
Return & Exchange Policy
Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service before returning damaged goods. No exchanges or credits will be processed for items returned without an RMA number.
Exchange Process for Damaged Goods
To initiate an exchange, please:
1. Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RMA number.
2. Return the damaged item using the RMA number provided.
We will process exchanges only for items that meet the damaged goods criteria and have an authorized RMA number.
Minimum Order Requirements
- Retail SKU: 6 units per product
- Backbar SKU: 3 units per product
Label & Setup Fees
- Logo Addition: $95 one-time charge for adding your logo to the label
- Label Changes: $50 for additional changes such as text alterations
- Logo Creation: $195 for a custom logo design with three initial concepts and up to two revisions
- Label Fees: $1.00 per Retail SKU; $2.00 per Professional Size SKU
